That Whiteboard Place offers a fast and efficient shipping service that spans the vast majority of the country. Most stocked items get dispatched within 1-3 business days, though made-to-order products can take between 5 and 20 working days to be dispatched depending on availability and manufacture time.

*Please note, Standard shipping service is to the ground floor of the premises only. There are some remote areas where we either cannot service using our network of carriers or the cost of shipping is too high to absorb. Please ensure there is adequate access for large boards to be brought inside to their intended location.

Installation Service

While most products are not too difficult to install. If, you’d like a professional finish or if you simply don’t feel comfortable installing your items or simply don’t have the time, we offer a paid installation service to most areas.

Just let us know the address and preferred installation dates in the email and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs as best we can.
